में सोचता रहता हु की में इस दुनिया को क्या दे सकता हु.
कुछ लिखता रहता हु.कुछ करता रहता हु.कभी कही कही गुमता रहता हु.
कभी किसी को न किशिको मिलता रहता हु.कभी ईमेल
कभी समस,कभी लैटर,कभी फोन करता हु.
न जाने कोण मिला किसे मिला कब मिला क्यों मिला.जिन्दगी की रफ़्तार चलती रहती है..
हर दिन नया सोचता रहता हु क्या यही है जिन्दगी.
कभी अच्छा खा लेता हु.कभी अच्छा पहन लेता हु,कभी अच लिख लेता हु.लोग कहते है तुम आचे इन्सान हो.
मन तब भी नहीं भरता,क्यों की वो तो में हु.पर
फिर भी में कुछ नया कर जाने का सोचता रहता हु.
ये सिर्फ में नहीं आप की ,दुसरे की आत्मा की आवाज है.
अपने पढाई के फिएल्ड से पैसा मीलता है.अनुभव के फिल्ड से पैसा और आनंद मिलता है.जिन्दगी का क्या भरोसक.में जीना चाहता हु.ज्यादा से ज्यादा.पूरा जीना चाहता हु.
हर एक पल को जीना चाहता हु.
मुझे कोई कमी नहीं.मेरे दोस्तों भी बहुत.न मुझे चिंता पैसा की न टाइम की.न तंदुरस्ती की न उम्र की.
न भाषा की दिक्कत न एषा कोई सोख जो मैंने न पाले हो.


फिर भी आज तमन्ना है की देश दुनिया के लिए कुछ करता चालू.
और आज में देश दुनिया बदने चला हु.हा में देश दुनिया को बदल दूंगा.
क्यों की आप भी मेरे साथ हो.मेरा विश्वास मेरी जित है.में बात करता हु हरेक फिल्ड में हरेक देश में हरेक प्रश्न में हम कैसे रिफोर्म कर सकते है वोह सोचते है.
गरीबी देखता हु तो उनको कैसे मदद करू वोह सोचता हु तो सोचता हु उनको सब कुछ मिलना चाहिए .जो आम सरेराश आदमी को मिलना है.
उनको अच्छा रहेना,खाना,पहेनना ,जीना है.उनके बच्चो को अछि पढाई चैये.उनको दवाइयों से लेकर सामाजिक सुर्क्सा और जिन्दगी के सभी आनंद उनको कोई भी भेदभाव विना मिलना है.
क्या तकलीफ है हम्हे उनको ये सब देनेकी.
दुनिया में सब कुछ पड़ा है.पर कुछ लोगो ने उसका मिस्मेनेज्मेंट किया है,कुछ लोगो ने ज्यादा संग्रह किया,इस्तमाल किया और कुछ को ज्यादा चैये कुछ दुसरे को वोह देना नहीं चाहते.
इशी वजह से तो गरीबी बनी पड़ी है.कम तो सबको करना है.सब ईमानदारी से शांति से अछे से जीना चाहते है.
हमने राजकीय व्यवस्था इसी लिए तो बनायीं की एक एक करके हम सब का ये कम नहीं करसकते.एक सिस्टम बने.एक संश्ता बने.एक सरकार बने और वोह सब का भला सोचे और सब को सब कुछ मोहिया कराये.पर ये क्या हो रहा है.
ये सिर्फ अपना ,अपनों का ही सोचते रहते और किसा का नहीं सोचते.ये तो ठीक पर पूरी जिन्दी वोह वोही चाहते है की सभी लाभ सब को नहीं मिलना.इसी लिए तो वोह यैसे जीते है,कतरे है.कानून बनते है,व्यवस्था बनती है पर आज भी गरीबी ,बेरोजगारी,गण्डकी,गुनाखोरी ....बनती बढ़ी.
हर एक पहलु को हम साथ साथ मिल कर सोचे और हम मिलके कुछ एसा करे की हम आने वाली पेधियो को अच्छी दुनिया दे सके.
रिफोर्म मूवमेंट एक इसी विचार से पैदा हुयी है.और हम्हे आपके विचार,आपका साथ चैये.
कुछ न कुछ कर के जाने की तमना है तो आओ सब मिलके कुछ जरुर करे.पूरी दुनिया में ,कोई भी बात पे हरेक विषय पे हम रिफोर्म मूवमेंट चलाएंगे./कुछ नक्क्र कार्य करते रहेंगे.

मेरे सामाजिक सेवक के रूप में काम करने का ५ साल पुरे होने को है.मैंने सामाजिक कार्यकर का काम कभी सोचा नहीं था की में जीवन में ये फिल्ड में काम करूँगा.जीवन में मेरे धंधे में भ्रस्ताचार से जो अनुभव हुआ, इसके कारण येसा डोर हुआ की मुझे सरकार के अलग अलग विभाग से लड़ाई करनी पड़ी,और उसी सिलसिले में अनसन करने का जरुरत खड़ा हुआ.और एक साल तक प्रतिक अनसन करनेके बव जुड़ भी न्याय न मिला.में सोचा में तो पढ़ा लिखा हु,भ्रस्ताचार ने मुझे इतना असर किया तो गरीबो का क्या हाल होगा.
एक साल में फुटपाथ पे अनसन में बेठे समय मेरी मुलाकात यैसे गरीब,हालात के मजबूर कई इन्सान मिले उनके अलग अलग सरकारी काम के बारेमे ,जब जाना तो महसूस हुआ की भ्रस्ताचार ने सिर्फ मुझे अकेले परेशां नहीं किया कई जिन्दगिया को बर्बाद किया है.तो मैंने एलन कर दिया की में भ्रस्ताचार क्ले सामने लडूंगा और उसे मिटाके रहूँगा.तब हमने कुछ अच्छे साथी मिले तो भ्रस्ताचारी शोध लोकमत पेटी नमक बक्शा रखा और जो रिश्वत दे कर आता है या किसी से रिश्वत मागा जाता है तो उसको हम कहते तुमारा नाम नहीं लिखना है सिर्फ रिश्वतखोर का नाम लिखो.और वोटिंग चलता रहा महीनेभर,फिर वोह बक्शा को हमने मीडिया के सामने खोला तो लिस्ट बनाया की सूरत में सबसे ज्यादा रिश्वव्त खोर कोन कोन अधिकारी है.बस लिस्ट बना चला एक अधिकारी के नामसे ज्यादा चिठ्ठी निकली ऐसे टॉप टेन रिश्वतखोर अधिकारी का नाम हम हर  महीने निकालते रहे और थोडा दबाव बना अधिकारियो के ऊपर.टॉप टेन अधिकारी को जूत्ते का हार पहनाते  थे थोडा हंगामा भी होता था फिर हम वोह अधिकारी की सोसाइटी में जाकर सब को बताते थे उस के साथ सबंध मत रखो उसका नाम रिश्वत खोर नामावली में निकला है.उसकी बहन को कहते राखी मत बंधो,उसके लड़के के दोस्तों को बोलते उसका बाप रिश्वतखोर है.बाप,माँ,.पत्नी तक उसके साथ सम्बन्ध तोड़ने पर टूल जाते थे.ये अनुभव लम्बा  तो नहीं चालपाए पर प्रयोग के तोर पे कह सकते है की सामाजिक बहिस्कार से लोग ज्यादा डरते है.भगवान या कानून से नहीं डरते.
क्योकि ये सिद्ध असर करता है.दर बना रहता है की पैसे जिसकाम के लिए  लिया वोह काम करने का घरवाले चाहते ही नहीं.इज्जत की ज्यादा पड़ी है सबको.और हम्हे लगा की और दुसरे तरीके भी अजमाए,
फिर राइट टू इन्फोर्मेशन कानून का पब्लिक इंटरेस्ट लिटिगेशन जैसे कुछ प्रयोग करते रहे.कभी प्रूफ लेन के लए स्टिंग तक करना पड़ा और मिडिया में प्रेस कोंफरेंस करके देना भी पड़ा,अधिकारी को पार्टी बनाकर खुद कोर्ट में सीधा फरियाद करने लगे यैसे बहुत काम करते करते हम सामाजिक सेवा का काम सीखे.
और छोट मोती कई संश्था से मिलकर बहोत लड़ाई लादे.देशभर में लड़ने वाले समाजीक कार्यकर्त्ता दोस्त बनते गए और राष्ट्रभर में जब अन्नाजी और रामदेवजी ने भ्रस्ताचार का लड़ाई सुरु किया हम उसके साथ भी जुड़े.
ये सब देखते करते हम ने काफी अनुभव भी लिए इसमें हमने सोचा की रचनात्मक कामो करते करते रिफोर्म करते करते कुछ मुद्दों पे आन्दोलन  भी करते रहे तो धीरे धीरे रिफोर्म होगा रिवोलुसन क्रांति खून बहाएगी और सही रास्ता नहीं लग रहा है और लोगो के दिमाग में अहिंसक लड़ाई ज्यादा पसंद है.
और आज यैसे मोड़ पे है की विश्व भर के रिफोर्म मूवमेंट चलने वाले बिन राजकीय कई लोग अपनी अलग अलग लड़ाई लड़ रहे है.उनसे इंटरनेट के जरिये मिलकर अनुभव लेकर नए हिसाब से परिणाम दे सके येसी विस्वभर में रिफोर्म मूवमेंट चलने लगे है.
आज हम्हे एक जुट होकर लड़ना पड़ेगा.कानून ,पैसा,अनुभव,तकनिकी ज्ञान तक भी जरुरी है और सब से ज्यादा जरुरी है नित्तिमता और साधन सुध्धि.भ्रस्ताचार के खिलाफ लड़ने के लिए भ्रस्ताचार करना पड़े वोह हम्हे मंजूr  नहीं है,चाहे लड़ाई लम्बी चले.हम लड़ेंगे,हम जीतेंगे. उच्चतम वैश्विक समतोल vikas  और वोह भी रिफोर्म मूवमेंट्स से.ये हमर ध्येय,रास्ता,मंजिल होगी.

every performance of administartion must be analysis.we never ask court for their performance,quality of judgement,who is best judge,advocate,judgement,infrastructure,speedy result,effectiveness etc...no one has asked court to reply why no rating of judiciary exist. i suggest rating of judiciary and judicial system to make who are the top ten court,judgement,judge,advocate etc.
