Day by day situations of labors worsens.
Day by day labor act violation increasing
Day by day complain against employers increasing.
Day by day more and more labor safety denied, labor exploited
Day by day list of pending cases of recovery, attachment orders increased,
Day by day more labor becoming addicting, suicide, victims become naxalite.

Only papers records are prepared by government departments
Only wrong statistic manipulated.
Only labor consultant settles.
Only corrupted officers earn.

New laws
New schemes
New acts, rules amendments
New sez, SIR, vibrant Gujarat named, EOU….etc

But

No results
No analysis
No concrete actions.

Suggestion

Repeal all labor related laws,
Close all labor concern government departments,
Close all labor related govt. schemes, financial assistant, subsidy and tax benefits.

Only

Give private labor consultants more freedom as private public partnership to earn.

And
Left labors on consultant’s choice
Save government’s money, time, and energy
Let industrialist do what ever they actually want to do and doing
Get donation what ever labor consultant wants to give government.
